Provide business consulting, knowledge expertise in strategic performance management methodologies, process assessment work, and the application of technology to business. Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related and unrelated projects.
- Provide client engagement support ensuring on time, on budget, profitable delivery of multiple projects by direct project management and providing overall management and leadership to Multi-disciplined teams.
- Leads and facilitates client workshops to establish functional requirements, competitive positioning, scheduling, success factors, risks, metrics and client management team buy-in.
- Offer oversight services where the interests of owners are represented during a project.
- Direct and coordinate implementation tasks involving third party foreign vendors as well as provide consultation to clients on system implementation.
- Manage client engagement services and solution implementations.
- Provide staff in methodology and encourage best practices.
