Try this cool piece of software that converts video into many different formats.
I hired a camera crew to tape an interview and wow was I frustrated when they delivered the digital media file in a format that needed to be encoded before I could stream on YouTube and Blip.tv. The software was easy to install, easy to use, and is bundled with an audio converter, and more. I am happy with my purchase.AVS4YOU.com
